So basically, before Towny was down a couple days ago, I had the 'King' rank, and there were signs at spawn to fix ranks. I clicked the merchant rank, thinking it would just change my prefix like it does on Prison, but however it moved my whole rank to Merchant. I have proof that I was King, and I still have my 20 hearts that I would if I was King. https://gyazo.com/b070ac04b33e0c7a28b1804a7e7f6ea8 See it says I am rank Merchant on the side, because at that time I scrolled up in chat and was lucky enough to get a screenshot of me talking in chat, with the 'King' Prefix. I also have the 20 hearts as Merchant. Hopefully someone could help me with this.
You are going to need to send an email to [email protected] with your proof. Unfortunately there isn't anything that can be done here on forums. The only way is through support. Cyp has been away for awhile and we do not know when he will be returning. So it may be awhile.
