Do you have proof of him agreeing to pay the $70? I need to see both sides of the trade written out and both of you agreeing to it.

He said yes when I asked him in the start of the video , watch it all.

 

I don't see him agreeing to pay $70. The $70 isn't mentioned until after the trade started.

 

He does say yes and read the chat too he does say ill pay . ' yes '

 

Yes, but before he says yes, it does not specify how much he will pay. I cannot ban him if I do not see the whole trade written out and both of you agreeing to it. Im sorry, but Im going to have to close this for lack of evidence.
