      He was saying he wanted a s30, and I told him it was $30, and he said just replied with "give or banned"

      I'm sorry, but as far as we can tell there is a possibility you could have scammed the user in a trade. We do not take 'Give or banned' or 'Give or reported' as blackmail when the user has just been scammed.

      If you happen to have evidence of the full trade / conversation feel free to submit another report.
