At least try to get the Moderator's name right if anything else.
You need solid evidence of the Moderator abusing his powers for this to actually go anywhere.
You also need to follow the format provided.

 

Let's make one thing clear; moderators are allowed to /tp <player name> to investigate suspicious behavior.
xSoul clearly had information your friend was using a hacked client and sought to investigate the situation.

Please use the correct format provided by ImTubeless.

It's also important you provide evidence within 24 hours when reporting a staff member. When players fail to provide evidence, and falsely report a moderator; they risk a punishment. (ban / temp-ban).

I know this has been said by other moderators including the message above. Many players ask us to check suspicions or accusations of other players, however they aren't always true. Soul was there to check if your friend really had it or not. Doesn't mean he would of banned him. And for abuse, we need evidence of this as what Ares and Tube has said above. Soul wasn't sure if your friend had it or not. He probably didn't ban him because he now knew nothing was wrong. We usually tp if there is either a concern or a player needs us to come there. Soul came for concern. I would like @xSoulHero to reply again.

 

I couldn't of said it any better. I was on OPPvP taking care of reports, then I get messages from individuals saying they were mob auraing, etc. So I messaged the user a few, I would get no responses. I get a message from SexDrive, and he would tell me the offender is leveling up mcMMO every few minutes now and then. I was going to do /tp but I forgot and did /tpa instead, and what do you know? The user had Auto-Tpaccept on. But I wasn't to sure if it was, or not, as it could of been a miss communication. So overall, I do not know if the user was indeed hacking or not. So I responded back to SexDrive and told him that he could may have AutoAccept, so he tried tping to him and he would not get accepted. He said he would ask SpinningThunders friends that maybe on the friends list, and one of his friends Joke would get accepted by him as well.

 

I have come to conclude that this report is invalid.
1. There is no evidence towards his abuse
2. He was just checking out a suspicion and nothing else.
