    Sadly creating lag is not an offence, and seeing as they fairly bought this plot they can do with it what he wants.
    You might need to call the leg warehouse, because you have nothing to stand on...

    There is nothing that can be done about it. Their plot is theirs to do as they please. Locking and archiving.
