Handled PLS help!!!!!!!

When i try to log in everything it wont let me, it keeps saying " Already Connecting to this server! " i reset my computer 2 times, reset my minecraft 7 times and refreshed the server 15 times. it Still does not work i cant log in anything , i can only log in Op Prions and infection.

I already told you in game, you are currently banned on all of those servers.

 

Im not i was banned by @Nanurz for perm but he unbanned me because something was wrong so i got unbanned on everyone of them and the next day this started happeing
