    he probably didn't know moderators could do that guys :D
    Moderators: ( Players with [mod] behind their username) are allowed to fly in-game, if you see a player without [mod] ([head-mod], [co-owner], [Owner], [Guard] behind their username) that are flying and you are sure of it, then that's a hacker, and you can report them, otherwise no, because they can :)
