    3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it:
    4. Evidence/full screenshots.

    My donator rank is missing

    I need you to edit your report and fill out the template I have provided you.
    I can not ban players unless I know who you are asking me to ban.

    As for your rank you will need to email Cypriot: [email protected]
    Make sure to include your IGN, the server you are having issues on and any proof of your rank you have.

    Now please fill out the format I have provided you so that this report can be handled.
