Boosting the ratings is against the rules.
I suggest that you review them thoroughly.

If you are being reported for something, I would make sure to actually consider that it might be against the rules, and that people are not enjoying what you are doing.

 

I'm just giving likes to people which I find to be nice

 

Some people may enjoy that, but it is against the rules.
It's unfair to the people that earned their likes legitimately.

 

I'm liking their things just to be friendly they was nice to me so I'm nice to them so ya.... it's rude that your reporting me for just liking peoples comments just to show my love.

It is okay if you like a post on your wall when it's posted. But when you like it all in once, it's rate abuse. Now I suggest removing those.
