    Please make it so if a player is inactive or banned for a long period of time, their land gets unclaimed in survival...

    What, the player claimed island/land.
    He is allowed it, so you will have to build elseware.

    Even if that player is perm banned? Seems a bit unfair to those who could use the space, specialty if it's in the end. Sorry for posting here, just wanted to clarify that if someone trolls me and claims land around me so I can't then gets a perm ban that the property he/she claimed would remain theirs.

    This is crazy. If the player is perm-banned or offline for a very long time (such as 20 days) their land should be removed so someone else can claim it for themselves and make it nice.

    I believe chests go inactive after 7 days and claims 14 days. As of exactly an hour ago, kubasliz has been inactive for 14 days, so try it now.

    I just checked kubasliz's claim and it was still his. Also, Gush3rinvader has been banned for 10 days and his chests are still there.

    I think it's been long enough

    The chests should be unprotected by now, If it isn't you're best option is to build elsewhere :)
