Skygrid Ban evading [Pile][Denied]

OmqButter is the offender/OmqPolarBear, they were banned for death threats and they have been ban evading. The thing is OmqPolarBear shares this account with OmqButter and lives in a different location so would an IP check be possible? I have screenshots of this person admitting to ban evading to someone else. I hope that is enough I don't know if an IP check will work in this instance but I hope you can find a way, them saying they do is the most I can provide you with, they also have another alt _OmqButter which I'm pretty sure has the same IP has OmqPolarBear, thank you for reading my report and I hope there is something you can do.
