Survival andrewswj (Vandalism) [Pile][Denied]

So andrewswj tp'd to xsalsax and he started griefing the surroundings of the area just as he said "because I can" making fun of them. xsalsax asked andrews to please unclaim and leave. (I have seen this behaviour lately on andrews tping and harrasing new players. Sometimes causing them to rage and or leave.)
Later andrews asked ooxjesiexoo to give him wood to him to unclaim the surroundings of the house. Jesie accepted and when she gave him the wood he started to place signed chests around the house. I was invisible (because xsalsax asked me via message to help them) and in the moment I /healed andrews saw me and stopped.

Yes, I know griefing is not bannable on Survival but read this posted by CypriotMerks.

Based on a previous ban by cypriot over aviators (now AviIsStrange) for griefing Wardogs411 land, and andrewswj previous ban. I would like to get this reviewed.
I don't know why andrews keep doing this but he is starting to be a poisonous player. I believe he does this to new players because they don't know the rules and he has advantage over them because they can give him "report material" to shield himself against any report threat.

Was the land this player griefed unclaimed land?

I can't tell because the players griefed were banned for glitch abuse.

 

The only way he could have greifed was if the land was unclaimed or if he/she was added to the claim. In either case there is no reason to ban. You are responsible for who you invite/add to your claim and if the land was unclaimed, he/she has done nothing wrong.
