A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: MrBeefCak3 and I were discussing a matter and I was trying to prove him wrong therefore loosing the argument he muted me. This is a violation of human rights taking away someone right to speak and should not be accepted. I was not swearing or cussing. My language was perfectly fine and I still was muted.
Evidence/screenshots. I have screen shots on my computer which i can send through Skype for my computer will not allow me to upload screen shots for some reason.

You're not supposed to post that here and when reporting a Staff member you need solid evidence or it will be ignored. (Sorry for posting, just being informative)

 

If you're reporting a moderator please make sure you have solid evidence or don't make a thread at all. If you false report a moderator just to get them demoted you will be punished.

 

When he says stop harassing, he means stop harassing.

 

The server logs have everything Grayson don't think you can get away with it there are always ways to find out.

 

I have asked you to stop, about 2 times. I did not want to be spammed about it, yet you kept harassing me. You then just told me "It's harassing to discuss something?" Then you kept going. I muted you for 1 minute. That was a small punishment. I don't understand why you think I am disobeying human rights? You joined the server, and it comes with rules. I see why you are reporting me, I just don't understand what I did wrong?

 

You muted me for discussing a matter that was perfectly valid. I was not harassing you because there were not shots fired until you muted me. As a matter of fact taking someones right to speak is a violation of human rights stated on the human rights United Kingdom treaty agreed in many states including america and britan.

 

When you join our server, it comes with rules. If you disobey them we have the right to punish you.

I asked you to stop talking about it/harassing me about it. You understood what I meant. I was busy at that time trying to help players, but I couldn't when I was getting spammed "Send me the link to the evidence", "Why was paige banned?", or "She wasn't hacking." I told you to stop, because someone wanted help with questions about the spawners and someone wanted to email [email protected]. I was trying to do my job. I still don't understand what I did wrong.

 

Talking about a matter is not pestering or harassing. It was a open matter open to everyone. It does not matter were he is and judging by his Skype he is in America which comes under the treaty.

 

You muted me for no reason without telling me why and no report on me.

It was a open matter open to everyone. Clearly you do not know what you are talking about. I do have proof because the mute is in the log books. I may discuss matters with other players at my free will. Talking about helping players i have asked for your/his help a few times and i have been completely ignored.

 

I do not ignore people. I do reports. I often go to factions to do them. I try to help others, it takes time though. I can't do 4 things at a time. No staff can. That's why we have 20 staff members.

This is unnecessary. I am not willing to fight with you. I just have one thing to say; let the staff do their job.

 

This is pointless.
You are reporting a staff member for muting you. Most likely you were being disrespectful or rude and he felt it was necessary.
He did not violate any of your "rights" as you broke our "rules". Our rules clearly state disrespect is not allowed.

Unless you can get some pictures up here, I am going to archive this due to lack of evidence.

You were spamming him/the chat asking over and over about a report he responded to. It was a report on your friend. That friend was banned for hacking. The decision was made by the attending moderator, not you. He was doing his job, and the issue is between the banned player and Beef. Not you.

If your friend has an issue with the outcome of the report he/she can file a Ban Appeal. That is exactly what they are there for.
As for you he warned you and asked you to stop.
You chose to go on with it and he muted you for one minute... hardly abuse.
People need to give our new mods time to settle in.
Grayson as well as the other new mods are doing a fantastic job.

As for this report I am closing it due to the lack of any evidence, and overall ridiculousness.
