Lava is contraband. It would be taken away from him, if he had it on him. It's only an offense if he uses it.

 

So its also "contraband" to have swords?

 

Well, honestly I don't know anymore. There's no consistency on the server whatsoever. Swords are listed as contraband, and as such; should be taken away when seen by a guard. However; since there are virtually no guards available on the server based on other commitments and recent removals, it's all geared up to go like a free wheelin' party girl.
