Bman0503's report on Caice [Lack of Evidence] ~Dyna

My name is bman0503, my in game username is HydraSlayer124 (I changed my account username)
Today I am reporting Caice, his rank is god
Caice scammed me out of 10,000$ ingame and 1 diamond block on skyblock. he was moving islands and I wanted to buy his old island. The deal was 10,000$ and 1 diamond block. I gave him the money and the diamond block (Screenshot here 2016-06-23_15.35.27.png) I then gave him the diamond block and the 10,000$, and he restarted the island. I was there when It happened and I /msged him and he told me Dyana (Dyna_Mighty) had copied it (Screenshot here: 2016-06-23_17.08.04.png) I then went and found dyna on prisons and she said she had no idea what he meant (I think she can vouch for me on that account). (Screenshot here upload_2016-6-24_14-4-53.png) He also said dyna would give him a free villager spawner. I then went back to skyblock, I talked to Caice and he said
he would get her on. He then was not on for the rest of the day, and I just recently saw him, talked to him and I told him to give me back the items, he proceded to tell a mod that I was trying to frame him, (or at least he told me that, you never know with these things) Additional notes/screenshots of the incident. Authors notes: I hope I helped you catch another scammer/inappropriate person :D (I also asked him to move some items I had to the island for me, he still has them but I know I'm not going to get them because I have no proof of that.) his full username is just Caice.

 

I can vouch for him coming to me yesterday and asking me about it, and I had no idea what he was talking about. I had no conversation with Caice yesterday, especially about copying an island.

 

So, this would count as Caice scammed him, right?

 

@bman0503 do you have proof of what you paid Caice? I see where the deal was written out, but I don't see actual proof of you paying them.

I actually don't, and I'm fine if he dosn't get banned, I thought I did but they're not in my computer.

 

Oh yeah, he said he invited me in the last screenshot, why would he do that without me paying first?

 

We need actual screenshot proof of you paying him. Unfortunately, I will have to handle this as lack of evidence. Im sorry. :(
