Can't do /bal in SkyWars

Bug: I voted on Mineverse's behalf, and when I went into SkyWars it says I voted and recieved $15 and access to /kit skyknight for 6 hours. However, I can no longer do /bal. Help?
Evidence: sorry, I have none. If you need some I will be more than happy to reply with a pic or 2.

Have you tried relogging? Some proof of you not being able to log in would also be very nice

you do /shop then click on a shop item then it tells you how much money u have.

You aren't supposed to be able to access that.

People can do /pay ;-; but I can't.

 

Considering the fact this player hasn't been on since May 3rd, I will archive this. If anyone else has problems with it, make another forum.
