Okay, everybody lost all their levels at infection, i was prestige 4 level 53, it took alot of time to me and it cant just vanish like this, fix it, give my prestige and levels back i have proof!
i've lost over 200 levels and have emailed support multiple times. The staff here simple do not care. Hopeless cause.

Idk if I lost my levels on infection, but I did loose my stuff from my /pv 1 and /pv 2 on Op PvP. Was that suppose to happen?
I dont see any mods or staff members here to answer us. I lost 4 prestiges and 53 levels and i wont just forget about them, fix this now!
Administration is aware, we're working on fixing it. As a psa for all players who have lost their levels, we have backups and you will be rolled-back once we can identify what's causing the problem and fix it.
Teh Devs Hav Spoke! But seriously, the developers already have a crap ton of work to do. I know that rank resets are/is a big problem(s) but theoretically, they should have backups (which they do), and if you had skill, you would be able to fight at least a bit without your buffed kits.
Roll backs aren't good enough. You previously rolled back and it made me lose over 150 levels of which I have provided proof of at [email protected]. Levels should be added if players have proof.
