A bug/glitch

So one day (About a week ago) I went onto skyblock and it would have the normal minecraft loading screen but then it would show my person for a second then it went back to lobby not giving me a chance to move around or anything. So i have checked a few times during the past week and since i am on top of my friends house i have told her to get rid of her rooftop to see if i were stuck in a block and when i tried to join again when the roof was gone it stil took me back to spawn, could anyone please help me with this.

Yes it is, I tried getting onto mineverse skyblock again yesterday and it did it again
