I can't log on! [Resolved] [NCC]

    Okay, so I'm trying to play and all it says is, Logging in...
    I've reloged on minecraft tons trying to play OP Prison and it won't work.
    PLEASE
    Fix this glitch!

    Also when it does work and I go on OP Prison it gets this red stuff on the edges of my screen then it says downloading terrain...
    And then from 3-10 minutes it says Timed Out

    And also just sometimes I join then it kicks me back to spawn
