and i lost my Faction , the faction name Ducks


i want to report him for not reading the rules and kicking me out my Faction and not giving owner ship back

The player is correct, tp trapping is allowed on op factions and should not of been banned in the first place.

 

In the proof I was provided in the report there was no way of telling which gamemode it was on only the players word.

 

I left a message in the staff chat and unbanned the players a few seconds after I realised but in the end It was my fault, I was not sure which gametype they were on though in the report because as said above there was no clear things that stood out for all I could have known it could have been survival, factions or any other gametype.

I don't think they would lie about which gamemode it is if they are reporting someone else, but if the player said op factions, you need to base it on the rules there. I think the player is more upset that he lost ownership of his faction as well not as much as he is now unbanned.

I know that the player is sad about losing owner ship so if there's anyway for you to make sure he or she regains that then it'd be great but I just found it fishy that she reported it for op factions while she was tp trapping the player.

The player now has ownership back. Ncc is sorry for his actions and has learnt his lesson from this experience.
