The dirty ninja

I was at pile's castle and i saw the dirty ninja flying around. the dirty ninja stopped moving for a minute next to pile's chest i said to ninja in a Skype chat should i kill him, so i did he came back and killed me with commands i used the command /back there was none of my things there he also took all of the potions out of IN1NJAI's inventory. the dirty ninja gave back the sword i killed him with and a wooden knockback 2 sword. the dirty ninja said ''solmill7 dont do that again'' about 5 minutes later i was jailed for 10 minutes and muted for 10 minutes and he left the server

When reporting a staff member you need evidence. There is none here.

Also, on the rules for prison (If I recall right) it says something like "Killing a Guard will result in a jail time of 10 minutes).

 

If you kill 3 guards with in a period of ten minutes you will be jailed... Sol killed one...

You were to arrogant and had to keep spamming, I jailed you for 10 minutes so I can pull the things together .
I gave everything back.

You would have known the reason for me having to force kill you if you didn't persist in me command abusing.

I'm head-guard meaning I have un legit items, those items can't be leaked into the game, so when you pathetically killed me while I was afk the fastest way for me to get the items back was to kill you, incase you decided to log.

All your items I got were returned anything else, user in1nja will most likely have them.

But, when LuckyDolphins killed you, you didn't take the items.. He even showed me the
potions. I also don't have solmill's stuff. We trust each other and know that the other wouldn't steal the other's items.

Yeah.. He has tons of them. He was night vision, regeneration, fire resistance, and others.

As far as this matter goes I think all this could've been avoided with a little more explanation for the /kill.
Solmil is a fair player and I know was hesitant to post this because of fear he now has of you, head guard. That fear could've been easily resolved had their been an explanation.
I know Somil out of frustration logged out of game and maybe that was too soon for Dirty to explain. But there have been chances since the occurrence to clarify and make sure things were back to normal but Dirty you never did explain to Solmil until now why you executed the /kill.

Dirty is a great mod. He does an excellent job. When I told him that Solmil lost his guard armor that he was wearing at the time of the incident Dirty asked me to please give him a set of mine. I assume at that point Dirty had thought Solmil had gotten everything back.

Maybe a clarification of the rules is in order?
If players are not allowed to kill guards in the free world or weather they are indeed allowed to kill?
And if so are they allowed the drops?

I was under the impression until this thread that the players were allowed to kill guards and also keep the items and I'm saying this as a guard myself.

 

Thank you pile for clarifying. As soon as Dirty Ninja killed solmill and took his items, Gwism messaged be saying "He was allowed to take the potions back." So I think potions are not allowed to be acquired by "normal" players.. I have one problem with this. If players can't acquire potions from Head-Guards, how do we get them..? I think that since the nether is not enabled and might never be, players should be able to keep the potions. I have seen the potions in a Head-Guard kit and if I say so myself, they are not too overpowered. The potions include: regeneration I, swiftness I, fire resistance, and night vision.. Once again thank you Dirty for clarifying why you /killed solmill.

whitealt the /invsee command there two parts to it one where u can take things out and one where u can just see what the player has..
