He first asked permission from the other staff members. They said it was perfectly fine to ignore her for five minutes.

I'm not entirely sure whether it was Skype or Staff chat. But I'll get some information.

 

I have discussed this with wardogs and have heard both perspective of the story. Both you are the mod in question was in the wrong. The mod has been warned of his behavior. However I do appreciate your concern with the fellow staff.
