3. What the bug essentially is, when I mine a block, using the McMMO Perk, Super Breaker, it takes away my efficiency V. As you'll be able to see in the video.

Cyp has spoken with Tanner on this issue.
It should be fixed on the next server restart.

 

@Pile_of_Butts there's also the same issue with shovels when you activate that mcmmo skill it removes eff, will this be fixed aswell at the restart just wondering.
