So I was walking around the Prison looking at all of the plots, when I came acrossed Tin15cro's plot, now, these chests are indeed out of stock, but it appears tin has been selling guard armor at his plot.

It says "Air" on the sign. He's just storing it in there, not actually selling it c:

He used the shop sign in order to private the chest.

 

I knew that...........I'm a prison noob ;-;

 

This is used for storage. I misread the sign and thought he was selling it.

 

You can lock this then ._.
