Is there another way to have evidence? How are we supposed to have evidence of someone in the furnace room with us when they log in, take the stuff, then leave immediately? And what would a screenshot prove (that he was in the room with me?) When he can just say I let him in? Does this server not have logging?
There isn't a solid way to have proof unless the server has logging. Which it probably doesn't. It's a bummer but i've moved on. I love this server very much and don't want to sound like i'm complaining. No server will be perfect and they will all have flaws, but this one is organized and i'm here to stay. I just thought i'd bring it up. Next time i'll try to get a screenshot.
Actually, you can basically just report and post a few pics showing them in there. If the mods have any common sense ( which i assume they do ) then they would know that you don't just let people in your furnace room. Especially when the person has stolen items, Stealing is stealing. I've reported a few people, all were jailed / banned.
Thanks. This is really helpful actually. I was worried that a picture of someone in the room w/ me wouldn't be enough proof because the other person could easily say that I allowed them in there with me. But thanks for this reply for sure.
One more thing, you need to "beef up" your reports. Some mods might not accept it if they don't see enough to prove whats going on. P.s. Also proper report format is always nice :P
