Your ingame name: CodyS9959 The offender's ingame name: Whitevanman__ ( Two Underscores according to his shop signs ) A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: The rules Whitvanman broke consists of Item Scamming, Flaming, and Cursing. Item Scamming I feel is most important here as Diamonds are not cheap and easily recoverable so I believe this was a majoy scam. What happened was, around 8:20 PM EST I was looking around "/warp Kmart (Whitevanmans shop)" and noticed he was buying diamonds for 850 dollars each. Well I went over and started selling excited to make some money off my goods and as I sold my second gem to him, I noticed I recieved 80 dollars per gem. Instantly I left kmart and announced to the server that this was a scam to be cautious going to the kmart and I announced the real price he was purchasing diamonds. ( keep in mind this was a sell chest ) So I looked into this, "how do you sell diamonds listed at 850 each and only recieve 80 bucks?" The conclusion I have come to is his sign was setup as so: Whitevanman__ 1 S 8S0 Diamond So that is the item scam, next is the cursing which also covers flaing as well. Today I log in and he happened to be online so I messaged him and informed him I know of his tricks and have exposed him. I also requested my two diamonds back in exchange for his 160 dollars, and I will drop it. ( fair deal I mean everyone messed up, admit and move forward ) Well he informed me that I am many dirty words and prceeded to tell me im a sucker for not paying attention to the difference between an "S" and a "5". Perhaps that is true but even though I succumbed to his scam, I believe I should not, nor should anyone else need to zoom in on everychest to be sure its not a false sell value. Anyways, I exposed him once more to everyone alerting the skyblock community that whitevanman is certainly a scammer with negative intent, to be alert in the Kmart. While Pile_of_butts was online he proceeded to message me more cursing! In which case I screen shotted one msg to add to the evidence. I pesonally believe an apology would not be much of an exemption at this point because, he has made it clear even after caught that his intent was correctly to be a scam and not misunderstood. Evidence/screenshots. Possible rules that could be in question include but are not limited to: Disrespect Flaming Cursing Scamming
Hmm we'll she/he was being mean and the prices are really expensive, because I don't think I've ever seen diamonds that expensive for one. A stack of diamonds should be 850, or maybe two stacks.
