And he is not only to blame. No one teaches the new mods at all. I had to teach 3 of the new promo-tees myself half the commands, and I had to teach someone not to fricking (yeah, warn me for that or edit it, I dare you) leak, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO NOT TO DO WHEN HE SHOWED ME THE BLOODY CHAT. NO ONE TOLD HIM ABOUT LEAKING. FFS. Honestly, it's depressing. No one taught me when I started, I learned everything myself. When I had to demote platinum, I felt bad because no one had even told him what leaking even is. I am making a public report on this as well, as I have done in the past to be fair to the other demoted mods, so I'm sorry xxxvan, but this is very much your fault, and you know better.
