As you can see from the photos, I was using a voter crate. It said I won a common key. It then said 'You have received a rare key' yet I had actually received a common key. I just thought that it would be nice if it was changed :P

You received both. The rare key is secretly hidden/glitches out, thus, making you have to left-click the chest with your bare fist.

I just remembered that it wasn't there as I did some mining and that space was filled up.

 

Yes this is an ongoing issue, it has to do with the Plugin and the way it was made. A lot of times if it says you got one, you did, it is just invisible. Next time try going immediately to the rare key box and with your next open inv slot, right click the crate and it works or will give you a common key instead. It is all still new and buggy. Hope this helps.

Only the admin has the power to credit back any keys or anything but I dont know if he will with it being a plugin bug, he had told me, the person that wrote the plugin is fixing it.
