Your evidence shows a chat of she agreeing to unmute but maybe she got a msg saying why he was muted etc. Also in the proof it showed that he explained it was for counting numbers.

Infection mutes for dumb reasons. A mod did not mute that player therefore she can unmute. I myself have unmuted players that got random mutes from the plugin.
