3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: abusing perms to ban, instead of jail, for lava. I was being killed in the safezone, with lava, so I used bucket of lava also. This <edited> banned me indefinitely instead of a 2 hr jail.

Let me rewind the rules for you. It's a 24 hours jail if you have a bucket in your hand. For placing blocks in tree farm, it's a BAN. Lava is considered a block.

I checked the rules, and my bucket was empty btw, I placed lava in the mine (not tree farm)

That was placed way before, it had already spread once I had left the mine...

No clue what you're saying but I didn't break the rules so... besides tin's actions on this situation are not correct, no ban for lavaing people in the mines am i correct

 

You didn't lava them in the mines. You placed lava which is essentially a block in the tree farm. Placing any blocks in the tree farm results in an immediate ban.

 

If you lava someone in mines it's a safe zone kill. Safe zone kill is a ban
