The recorder sent the request and hit the players in there first.
There is no evidence of the three advertising to tp to them.

As for the first video, he didn't tp trap you because you were in the open, but for the second one, phillip didn't tp william until later on, he did it when you came out of the mine, but if he did it when you were in the mine, then phillip would have been banned, if you find better evidence in the future, feel free to create another report, thank you.
