Your ingame name: ScoFu13 Moderator name: I talked to LDM77 via skype and he said he did not jail me and informed me the only other guard is Darkchyldeone. (so it must have been her) A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: I logged on and am jailed for 4 days and 16 hours. I did not break any rule and have been jailed for no reason. Here is some back story as to why I believe I was jailed (wrongfully); In the early times of this prison server TerrorNachoVC and I built a sky limit sugarcane farm who he let a few people set home and one of them being LapisFirestar (sp). Since her arrival on OUR build she has tried to claim it as hers multiple times. As I do every time I log on I went to the farm as it is my /home I found a sign on the building saying property of Dark, lapis and someone else; go away. I then left a sign saying "No this is TerrorNachoVC and ScoFu13 property, we built it." The next day I log on to a new sign saying no we did (I know this to not be true as I built it). I left another sign saying "Please dont steal other ppls work and claim as your own, kthanks ". They left another reply I do not remember and then I left one saying "lol so you think just because you are a guard you get to claim whatever you want? i think not we built it" (see screenshot below). I log in to the server after getting home from work now and see that I am in Jail for the amount of time stated above. I have not broken a single rule, I have not cussed, spammed, been racist, or any other offensive type of action on any sign or in the chat. I have been trying to be a guard on this server for months and would never act immature and break the rules. This is abuse of powers of being a guard. This is not the action a head guard should do. Please take care of this abuser. I look forward to hearing the explanation. Evidence/screenshots. I only have one screenshot of one set of signs as I had no idea I would be jailed for no true reason and a guard would abuse their powers. It is a screenshot of two signs I left. I cannot get them for you as I am in jail. Also Lapis put shop signs on all of my chests. Lovely. (my own fault for not doing so myself)
I can check who created the whole building, I just need the coords so I can teleport there. I'll be on later and I'll unjail you then so you can take me there.
Ok, but in the end, who created the building is not the point of this post. The point is that you had a staff member abuse their "powers", which has been quite the trend with the guards hired (except for LDM77 who has done amazing things trying to get this server back to the way it used to be)
So what is being done about this staff member that clearly doesn't have the maturity to not abuse her powers?

I would agree with you but the fact the co owner has posted and not since. Also the "guard/mod" had nothing to say yet very active in all the other posts. They are choosing to ignore it because they are both painted in a negative way and cannot admit it.
That looks like super flat land, also you could of checked to see who jailed you and screenshotted that, you'd have to be on the same time they are. For them to be able to jail you :p

Is just an island that we made flat. And I was not online when I was jailed. I own a prison server, they just need your ign to jail you when offline.
