You are saying the player is in another map but you took the picture on the same side of the fence as them lol.

 

I do not think the problem is getting out of the map, but more simply, as no one can get to his location without hacking, it gives him an unfair advantage.

Ok being that I am unfamiliar with the map and your screenshot is zoomed in to not show if there is a reachable spot or not I request that a mod that is familiar with this map/location take this over. an jump down from hijacked on to winter and that is the only way to get onto this tree without hacks, however we didn't start on hijacked

yes I am completely sure, I watched him climb up the iron bar fence about 9 blocks and jumped from it onto this unreachable place (without hacks) place on the tree
