Ok, we know this is on youtube but it may be laglit to be courage and offend a player on youtube. And william335a also became offended

MissPVP might end up on the server of these violations, he probably think that you must not infringe on the server and forums ... But what does it matter? MissPVP aware that video and watching the comments and will be real sorry to be offended by a moderator.

What he does on Youtube or wherever, we have no control of and can't punish him.
However, what he said was not appropriate, he should know better than this. There is also no proof of that being him, as that could have been anyone's account, someone could have made that account to frame him.

Sorry but I know this guy I've seen that he has banned the players without checking on a report when he filmed the hacker and then when the hacker made a ban appeal, he posted the video. : /

This is over YouTube, not related to Mineverse nor Forums, Staff can not do anything about this.

I didn't see some of the video, sorry, my mistake.

However my point still stands, his actions were not preformed on our forums and/or server, meaning we have no control over what he does else were. Though his actions were not appropriate as he is a staff member here and he shouldn't act this way, but that brings me to a second point that he can do what he likes on another server however that will not actually get him punished here, because it didn't happen here. As said, though, it was not good of him to be behaving in such a way with people who actually look up to him as an authority seeing that, he's a role model to all the players, so the way he behaved clearly wasn't good.

Although, he is a new staff member, he makes mistakes, he didn't do it here (in some sense).

EDIT: A bit off topic however I find it slightly immature rating his report dumb, he's just trying to get SkyDiver's actions corrected, even though it may seem a bit absurd reporting someone for something that happened else were.
