His reason for leaving might be internet problems, computer turned off, had to go, but idc he had to give me the stuff so this counts as a scam and an excuse you should not take (For admins)

You can and will be reported. Revoke them before an administrator or someone of authority either bans you or removes the privilege. The ratings were unneeded, and you could have stated your opinion without being a jerk about it. Good day.
