No. This is over Skype. I can say I hacked a million accounts over Skype and I won't be held against for it, because you don't know if I was joking or not, let alone actually telling the truth. Something like this would have to be said over chat on the server. We don't even know if it's the actual xxxbajankillerxxx.

This player can say the most vile things about staff or the server, but he won't be in trouble for it, considering he's not even on the server.
