[Lobby] Players on top of the wither at spawn? [No clear Proof]

Today when i was at the spawn/hub i looked up and i saw other players on top of the wither statue, i'm not sure if they are hacking for not, but there is not way to get there without flying.

Most likely fly hacking or wall climb hacking, but we can't prove it with this screenshot.

Its hacked clients, at spawn hacked client users can fly for a short time

 

I can fly and im not a hacker but Ill get to the point, we cant really do anything in lobby. Also they might be gods? Idk if they have access to fly there though.

People with hacked clients can fly for 5 secs or they will get kicked, my friend told me this

 

I am a God. I do not have permission to /fly in lobby. I only have /fly in Skyblock.
