That might be lag

 

I am pretty sure it isn't.
He kept on flying when no one was looking, except me.
I just hope it is lag on the other hand.
It just seems like suspicious activity, so its at least worth a shot to report.

He keeps on flying then looking around, then dropping. I was only able to get one screenshot.

I believe you that he's hacking. I don't want to see another hacker get away, cause of "lag".

So I feel this is not enough evidence. Yes he is higher than he should be, but he could have been up on the dragon and fallen down and that was a well timed screenshot. Not saying I don't believe you but I need ABSOLUTE proof. Keep an eye on him and if you get better evidence then absolutely report again! Thank you so much for reporting anyway though
