1. All bans require proof and a current administrator must have seen proof for a ban to be held. No proof has to be shown to a banned user, however.

He said he wanted you to confess to hacking.

Even if there aren't any rules in-game or on the forums, use your common sense, you know hacking is a form of cheating, as it is a advantage that is not allowed in real life and in-game, if you hacked stuff in real life, you'll go to jail for a very long time.

He's stating you will be denied for lying.
It's his opinion you were indeed hacking.

Well if you look at the 2nd message on the picture, he said that admitting would create a different outcome and since the two outcomes are denial or acceptance, then they only other outcome would be acceptance as it would be denied for sticking to my form of the story, therefore admitting to hacking would cause the appeal to be accepted, therefore allowing a supposed hacker back on the server

If the appeal gets accepted, we let them know we can trust them again. If the person who got banned appeals gets accepted and gets caught again, will have an even more difficult time doing an appeal. He was only doing his job as far as I know

I have talked to most of my friends, and they agree with me. I was using No Hacks. I am sick of arguing with you anyway. If there is anyway I can make this better and get un-banned, please tell me now.

 

The only way to get unbanned is if a confession is issued.
I am uploading a video of me PvPing for "lag testing", as you blamed it on lag on my part.

 

So a lag test during a different time? that hardly seems as though it can be held accountable as lag can change anytime, it could've even just been that I might've been lagging and so my connection was lost while blocking, and so you saw me blocking but client side I could've been in my inventory throwing items which were rendered server side

 

I haven't done anything with my PC, nor anything with my connection...
Everything is the same. Server side lag is somewhat combined with FPS.
Stop denied these facts. It will get you no where.
