Do you have any more evidence for this report? There's water right beside him, so it looks to me like he was falling into the water by being knocked off an island.

 

Yes, I have some more but it is not zoomed in due to the screenshot was taken with me zooming with optifine, but you can vaguely see his name- I will post soon.

 

Also- you can see his legs are apart which does not happen when just falling.

 

He isn't flying, Fly is impossible do to Anti-Cheat. Water catching, simple.

 

I see no hacks whatsoever. I see him falling, climbing up the waterfall (which he probably wouldn't do if he could fly) and then jumping onto the tree to assassinate you. Legs can also be apart if you're walking while mid-air. Locking/Archiving.
