2. The offender's exact ingame name: taking my s40 and saying he will team and never teams and just kills me trying to get him to give it back and will not give it back
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: scamming for my s40

We have told you multiple times that if you want to use a screenshot it has to be of your entire screen, if you have no problem recording your screen then why wont you just screenshot it as well.
