Just to clarify I reported her post on the Forums saying: The report was never reopened. I made a ban appeal and once again Specifically asked for Pile not to handle the Ban Appeal. Well she went into her own hands and closed the ban appeal which means I can't give any other responses nor will I be able to reply to the Moderator who will handle my report. http://www.mineverse.com/threads/daddyhf-aimbot-kill-aura-pile_of_butts-pending.14672/ She closes it after once again stating her NOT to handle the report yet she does anyways. She states in the thread" I have several times. I don't ban without evidence. If this turns into a flame war I will close this thread. I am asking that you tell the truth. That is all." Sure I understand close the thread if it turns into a Flame war, There is no flaming happening what so ever. What flaming is "An online argument that becomes nasty or derisive, where insulting a party to the discussion takes precedence over the objective merits of one side or another" No argument got nasty or derisive nor was anyone insulted. I stated in the thread " This isn't a flaming war nor will it turn into one and do not close my ban appeal till another moderator takes a look." And said "Do not close my ban appeal" so it's my ban appeal my thread and no flaming ever happened. My ban appeal was wrongfully closed and my she banned me wrongfully when I asked for another moderator to handle my report. So with this being said I would like some closure on this and never have Pile_of_Butts handle my reports/Ban Appeal once again. That is all, thank you.
She talked to other staff, and we agree on her decision. She offered other staff to get involved, but we didn't. She isn't abusing, she's doing her job. Why can't people tell the difference? If you can't deal with the punishment, don't the break the rules.
I didn't break any rules that's thing Grayson, I can deal with Punishment if it's right. But if it isn't I won't stand for it. I asked for her not to handle my report/ban appeal and yet still happened I don't care if you had some discussion or anything I asked for her not to. If someone else did it then fine that's ok with me but it wasn't and went against to what I asked.
She was answering for multiple staff, that's the thing I want you to realize. Everyone had a say in it, she just did the report like how she does others. The outcome would have been the same if me or ScoFu handled the report.

It would be handled right away. You wouldn't be unbanned for very long. I don't want this situation to become larger than it already has. If we just continue without complaints everything will go fine. NOTHING will change if you get another Mod.
What will change is there decision, See I don't use PVP Cheats and I haven't for quite some time. When I get accused of hacking I laugh as I don't hack what so ever. Like I have stated multiple times I am not going to stand for me being banned for using hacks when I clearly provide enough evidence to the table to prove I don't hack and to show flaws in the video. So if nothing does change and everyone states the same thing that's a bit weird to me.
The evidence provided nothing in my opinion. See, like I said, "The staff made a decision together." The deicision won't change.. It will stand. The only valid evidence you can give us, is if you recorded your POV when Glaze was recording.
Daddy Daddy Daddy... I want to first acknowledge that I did indeed see your request for another moderator. Unfortunately is is not up to the player to decide who takes the case. It is up to the staff. I did however post a thread in the moderator section making the staff aware of your request and letting the team know I am more than willing to turn over your case if anyone should feel my ban was in anyway biased or wrongful. Anticipating this sort of reaction from you I took things a step further and contacted CypriotMerks directly making him aware of my actions as well. Based on your prior attacks on staff and the server upon past bans I don't see staff feeling safe handling your case. Again those were your own actions against staff that left a lasting impression. No one else. Should they decide to take it over I am more than happy to step back. Until then it is my case. I only closed your appeal to stop further back and forth as I could see an escalation. I left the thread pending until I have heard from all staff on their decision over the "biased" opinions in question. I am sorry you see this as abuse. You are allowed your opinion. I do not abuse however.
