bartvw scammed GTA[Lack of Evidence] [Calli]

I was doing a deal with him : il pay him 400$ for a auto sniper i payed him first then he left

my name is kyontom his name is bartvw he scammed me on GTA, i gave you a full screenshot of it. they broke the rule by scamming.

 

Sorry but I need a video of both of you agreeing to the trade and one of you not following through. Do you have a video?
