Yes, there is definitely something not right with this video. And why wouldn't Sando report this himself?

And yes, we do not accept cropped evidence at all.

 

I think Sando wanted to show off his 1234th win and he was most likely trying to be funny.

 

I am going to have to close this as lack of evidence because the video is cropped. Since we don't accept cropped evidence, I have to close it. Sorry.
