Sir he is not the one hacking if u see the number 1 by him that's a hack I saw on a YouTube video. And he didn't show his screen he put it so u can't see it by doing f1 and this hack can be seen through f1

 

It's the damage indicators mod, that's why you see a 1. He probably used F1 to get a clear screenshot.
