Captain remember she didn't knew you were in combat, but I know it's pretty obvious. Althought she kicked you for a reason, she didn't kicked you because she hated you and wanted to kick you or something like that.

How has she gone about this in a different way? You were harassing her - what you said was completely uncalled for and unnecessary. Do not blame her for kicking you for a completely valid reason.
Did you not expect to be kicked? You need to realize that what you say, although intended for a joke, can be taken seriously and it is overall unwanted.
