Unfortunately, if he was planning to DDoS you or not, there is nothing the moderators can do. Skype is something that we don't run, and it has nothing to do with the server or forums.

Unfortunately because the threat was over Skype there is nothing I can do with this report.
I am however keeping my eye on the situation.
