ok so before the video, I have some background information for you:

1. In the video, you can see me asking him "so, deal?" a couple of times, that is to ensure that a deal has been made before I send him the money.

2. In the video, he keeps on saying that he wont give me the swords unless i add him on discord, he did this because I kept telling him that I was recoridng, which he didnt believe. So he wanted proof.
I said, no I don't want to add you on discord, and because of that he didnt want to give me the swords. To the point where im typing this, he still hasnt paid me back, funny enough, considering I sent him the link of the video to him on discord.

I also have a bunch of screenshots of him saying stuff like "if you have the video i will give back stuff, and u delete video bla bbla bla".
Just basing of that, he intentionally scammed me, got scared that I was "ACTUALLY" recording, and got cold feet.
I think he should still be banned/punished, as he was only willing to give payment back IF i actually was recording. Do you know what I mean?

Thanks for reading this, oh and also, can you guys somehow give me the money that I lost from this scam? (this is more directed to Janice or Matt, those with the ability to /eco and stuff)
