Alright, I'd like to start off by saying that all of you commenting about staff applicants not reporting a certain amount of players per the hours they're on is bs..Half of you are bias and so are the people who support most staff applicants (not ALL!). I honestly don't wanna name people but this a rant so even though I'll get hate for this I don't care. :P Via for example, her application isn't too bad of course, but there's a major problem, she doesn't report at all, literally. However, you all seem to support her overwhelmingly. And in my honest opinion, other applicants deserve better than what you're all saying to them. Most of them make reports and STILL have a great application and still don't get the support Via does? I don't understand for the life of me? Is it because you don't have the same bias for someone you do the other? Anyway, just something to actually think about.. (Rant OVER) ~Greg/Happiily
According to mv it seems as if your application just needs to look great for people to support you. I mean that's what happened to stacker yeah?
Completely understandable. But like I said, that's why I'm tired of everyone complaining about other applications not reporting so people give no support, but instead they to the opposite to someone they're bias towards.
I actually understand with you. I personally look out for this for a Moderator applicant: - Report activity - How "known" they are - Personal experiences (if applicable) with them - First impressions - How much effort was put into the application - Whether the information in the application is true I feel like it doesn't matter whether you're a male or a female. I still give the same harshness, straight up no support, neutral or support.
I don't understand why they give people no supports for not reporting enough. People applying for staff shouldn't actively look for rule breakers, the current moderators don't. They play the game and go catch rule breakers when someones asks them to help. To me it looks like the people who have lots of friends are the ones getting supported even if another applicant has a better app. Getting moderator seems more like a popularity contest than you is better suited to the position.
Tips and Tricks on how to have an amazing application!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - have a vagina - befriend staff - kiss everyone's a** - more color on the app than an anime - grocery list of copy and paste "traits" BOOM INSTANT MODERATOR RANK AND FRIENDS thanks for watching, and please sub for more!!
I understand where you're coming from. A bunch of people have given a no support or neutral because I don't report much, but I still do.
