Hello, I just got recently kicked for advertising (I think), I accidentally advertised a website and I just want to ask if advertising websites aren't allowed? Cause I only saw "Do not advertise other servers." in the rules.

Anyways I just wanna ask how long will the mute take?

 

Ask a mod ingame but probably up to a couple of hours!

 

People get kicked, muted, and banned when there's a certain amount of numbers, dots, and any other character. We don't know what you're advertising about. For all we know it could be for a server website.

 

On many mineverse servers, if you say the name of a website/other server it will automagically kick and mute you for about 30 minutes.

If you said something like "You might want to toss an email to [email protected]" you would be muted.
For now just wait it out, this doesn't go on a record or anything, it is just a plugin being picky.
